A new comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan for the City of Pacifica is currently in development and expected to be completed in the Fall of 2019. This plan will update existing plans and identify needs and opportunities to improve walking and bicycling on city streets as well as on trail and beach access. The plan is currently focused on identifying the needs for bicyclists and pedestrians in the City.

The City of Pacifica Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan is scheduled to be conducted over a 12 month timeframe. The first half of the Plan preparation will be dedicated to assessing existing conditions and performing data analysis and public outreach. The second half will focus on identifying recommended projects and programs for future implementation, including a focused study of Linda Mar Blvd.
